Wisdom Teeth and Antibiotics?
I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled on June 28th and I am dreading it. When I went for like...a consultation with the surgeon a few months ago he mentioned antibiotics. And right away I was upset. I'm on birth control and I will do anything to not take antibiotics so it doesn't mess up the efficiency! I didn't say anything at the time but I'm starting to consider just not taking the antibiotics he will prescribe. I saw a few other people asking about this, and I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but is it really necessary? Apparently all 4 of mine are impacted and I'm getting all 4 out at once. Should I wait until before the surgery to talk to him again, or call, or drop by? I don't know what to do but I definitely do not want antibiotics.
Any advice would be appreciated.
