Why does my weight keep fluctuating between the same five pounds?
I am 18 years old and I weight somewhere between 140 and 145 lbs. I am only 5'2" and I have been trying for years to get to the goal I have been reaching for but one day i will be 140 and two days later i will be145 and then i just keep fluctuating. Can someone tell me how to break the barrier. I workout every day and eat healthy as well. I need some advice on how to break the barrier. Thanks!
