When we clean inside our nose is that 'material' considered as bacteria?

STOP! DO NOT POUR BAKING SODA DOWN YOUR THROAT!
that will cause you nothing but pain and serious problems. your stomach has acid in it so that will react with the baking soda and you'll choke on your own vomit. if you want to do that, call a suicide hotline.
if you want to throw up using baking soda, try it the right way: what you do is mix baking soda in warm water until it disolves (2-3 tbsp per 8oz) and then drink it. It makes me sick, but im seriously weak stomached in the first place and it tastes discusting. and then my next door neighbor's two-year-old i was babysitting decided that he'd see how clorox stain remover tasted. i didnt want to use ipecac because it induces projectile vomiting and his body couldnt handle it. I tried the baking soda thing. it worked. good luck!
