Took adderall to help study for a test..very anxious, help!?
i took 30mg of extended release adderall from a friend in order to study for exams and write a paper. no i am not prescribed it, yes i know that's dumb, save the speeches about not taking prescription meds that aren't yours because i already took it so none of that will help. i am feeling insanely anxious, nervous, and light headed. i made sure i ate a decent meal before taking the medicine and i know i'll probably be awake later than usual tonight..but will my anxiety go away after a little bit or is it going to last for the full 12 hours that i'm on it? is there anything i can do to calm myself down? please help, im already worked up enough about my work load, i dont want to worry about this too

The only side effects the kid will have is happy, hungry, and sleepy. Thank God it's impossible to overdose on marijuana.
