Premarin is not going to help your situation. It could be a vaginal infection (or just some dryness). It could be because of some bacteria from your hands (however yeast infections are more viral). There are two ingredients, clotrimazole and miconazole, that are in products for vaginal infections. Most of these products are used the same way, its up to your preference on which type you want. But if you go to any retail store, these products will be where tampons and pads are. Monistat brand is often used, just follow the directions on the back.
