Should I be afraid of my rapist's best friend? Because I am...?
I went to a monster truck show tonight and my rapist's best friend was there... I wanted to cry as soon as I saw him. My heart was beating out of control, and I was terrified that he was there too. When I noticed that my rapist wasn't there, I was still scared. His friend saw me, and he kept looking at me, then called someone and looked at me the whole time talking on the phone. Am I paranoid to think he was talking to my rapist?? Because I really think he was. :'(I'm home now, and I am still freaking out. Im overwhelmed with fear. I have Post traumatic stress already, but I never thought his friends would trigger it. Is this normal???I'm really scared. I dont want him to come looking for me.

It's hard to say not knowing what kind of medication you're on. I'll tell you about my experience coming off of Effexor XR. I tried to quit cold turkey but it caused severe withdraw symptoms including headaches and shock like feelings in my head. Instead, I cut the dose in half. The next week I took half of that. The last few weeks, I just took a quarter of the medication whenever I felt the withdraw symptoms. Eventually, I could go longer and longer without taking it, until I was fully weaned. The whole process took about a month.

If there's any risk that you could have a seizure, you should consult a medical professional, as seizure is potentially fatal. For antidepressants a normal tapering-off regime might look like this:- take half the usual dose every day for a week- take half the usual dose every other day for a week- finally stopOf course, this depends on the exact drug in question.Edit:Here is an example withdrawal regime for clonazepam (generic name for Klonopin):http://www.non-benzodiazepines.org.uk/cl…You've been on it for quite a long time, it might be best to seek professional help about how best to gradually taper yourself off it.
answer: death by snoo snoo time: 1970-01-13 13:00:27Well im not too sure if it's not about seizures but I do believe it can cause memory problems. I have been on medication for epilepsy for around 5-6 years and my memory keeps getting worse. I wasn't warned of anything like this but I personally believe it does. You should really talk to your doctor about coming off of it as it might have an affect on you if you go cold turkey.. it should be graduate as your body is used to these meds everyday. Good luck
