Should I adjust anything in my current workout routine?

20 minutes of cardio

1.) 60 Jumping Jacks
2.) 10 Spiderman push-ups along w/ 15 normal push-ups
3.) 18 Burpees
4.) Running High Knees in place (25 per side)
5.) 30 Crunches

I am trying to get my whole body toned and eventually gain a 6-pack. (abs)

I am 15 years old, will be 16 on August 2nd.
I'm 6'0ft - 6'1ft and weigh 170 - 180 pounds.
I am a white/african american male.

You dont need pills, stay away from them. Running is fine. I personally would recommend a program instead of a gym membership.......something like "Chalean Extreme" or "Slim in Six" or if you would like some real intensity, go with P90X or Insanity. I will get you a link to watch short videos of these and other home work out programs.......>
