Really bad lower back pain, can someone help me?

Okay, I am sixteen years old and am experiencing REALLY BAD back pain. I had it last week, but then it went away. I have had it back since Sunday and it has not gone away. It brings me to tears and I have all I can do to walk and bend over to pick up things. I have a heating pad on right now, but it is not helping. Any suggestions? Thanks
