Raw food diet will this hurt my bones?

IM A TEEN NOT AN ADULT. FYI
i wanna go a diet, but i recently found this diet called the rawfood diet.
but as i did my reserch it says that raw foods are NOT good for bones. something like bone strength and marrow.
i would never eat raw meat, but are raw fruits and vegetables ok?
or will they weaken my bones?
i just wanna know how is this possible, and is there any other diet that works.

Add up the calories you're eating everyday. Make sure you measure out your portion sizes so you know exactly how many you're eating, and don't forget to add drinks, sauces, oils used in food preparation or cooking, etc. You should be eating about 1900 calories per day to maintain a healthy weight for your age and height (assuming average exercise of 3 times per week). I'm positive if you start adding up what you're eating and writing it all down you'll start to see some surprises where you're eating a lot more calories than you'd figured you were.

If that fails, take what you've written down to the doctor so they can see if you have any other problems contributing to your weight such as thyroid. I'm concerned you may already have diabetes which leads to excessive thirst, and is a complication of being overweight. Diabetes doesn't cause you to be overweight though, so look to what you're eating for the answers on your weight.
