Okay well depending on how overweight you are you could lose 10lbs. mostly water weight but... after water weight, its not great to lose more than 2lbs a week.
1. Tons of water
2. High protein, low fat, no carbs = good for short term, don't go low fat forever just to lose some weight
3. Consistant excercise. Add in some high intensity.
I suggest not measuring just by weight, cause you could lose a few pounds but may see muscle grown, and fat loss which won't show a weight loss. Measure it by pant size or waist size.
GOOD LUCK, its not impossible to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks, just got to be strict!
125 pounds is not overweight. How tall are you? If you are 4 feet tall, I'd say maybe lose a few pounds.
Also, 10-15 pounds in 2 weeks is dangerous and ridiculous!
If you don't want lectures on health, don't waste our time with such stupid questions! You're asking for it!
