Question about strange urine?
Is it normal for my urine to be really thick? Like, way thicker than regular urine? It was dark red too. Is this bad?

So you could be feeling a little ill from the amount and further the liver working overtime.
At any rate, it is HIGHLY unlikely any major or permanent damage has occurred and you should just take this as a life lesson. How can you avoid such a mistake in the future? :)
If you had combined alot of alcohol use with that level of apap, it is theoretically possible some damage or toxicity could have occurred. Alcohol greatly lowers the threshold in which apap causes damage.
