Premature Ejaculation. A few questions. Please help?

Im 18 a virgin but have a girlfriend and am worried that when we do have sex i won't last anywhere near long enough to satisfy her.

My doubts are because when i masturbate, i feel the urge to orgasm after about 3 mins. Am i right in stopping when this urge happens and then continuing after? I usually do this about 3 times and orgasm on the third, so masturbation usually lasts 10 mins.

Also, when i masturbate watching porn, i orgasm much quicker then when i do not. Would i be better masturbating without porn fullstop from now on to train myself up?

Is 10 mins in terms on masturbation really bad and will this reflect in sex? Finally, with the urge to orgasm after 3 minutes of masturbation is this bad also?

Please help answer these questions and any other tips much appreciated!!

thankyou :)

Answer Question

First I would tell you not to worry about things that you can't change, no sense in that right? Second it most likely didn't affect you since you are experiencing any symptoms. Thirdly you should breathe in while lifting and exhale when you are done so examples:
Breathe in when the bench bar comes down, breathe out when it goes up
Breathe in when the squat bar goes down breathe out when the squat bar goes up
Pretty much you will want to breathe when you complete the rep
