Please help!!! I need a quick and good diet to lose weight!?
I am a good size 12 going 14...I really need to shed a few pounds and I am thinking about possible diets...do u have any diet advice for losing weigh quickly?? any experience?

Overtraining is possible but not likely. 3 days a week would be better than 2x. Main problem with the workout is you will plateau quickly. It's the same thing for all 3 days and doesn't use any variations. Make sure to add cardio on days off from lifting.

On your days off, you should do some cardio too.
Don't worry about overtraining, that's not a concern for anyone but higher level athletes.
