My bottom front tooth is very loose its been like this for 2 yrs now im 18 an im leaving for college?

on june 26th when in 10th grade i seen the dentist an they wanted to pull it out but i would have to wait unitl i was 18 to get an implant now im 18 i want the tooth out but i need a fake one before i go to college in 28 days the pain is very painful do you think they would give me an implant of a fake one within the time i have to leave i need this done
