Is it unhealthy to take a bath everyday?
pretty straight-forward. I take a bath every day, especially in the morning before work, because it wakes me up and leaves me refreshed and relaxed, unlike a shower. I wanted to know if this was an unhealthy habit, could there be a possibility that I am harming myself in the process? Thank you.
