Warm milk, 5-HTP, Melatonin and Valerian are all supposed to help.
You can see further tips in a web search for "how to fall asleep quicker".
What works for me is I like to exercise before bed. I turn on my mp3 player and do a little cardio workout. I'm sure there are videos you can follow along with posted on youtube. Exercise to your heart's desire. Exercise has been shown to release dopamine and you will feel relaxed and refreshed, ready for bed. It's a healthy way to burn off energy without using pills and it will help you relax and sleep once you exhaust yourself. The bed feels extra comfortable after you work out. Keep yourself well hydrated and stay away from too much caffiene in the evening.

You could give that a shot.
EDIT - Hey you never said you were 14 before. I assumed you were an adult. Also, you'd be hard pressed to find a 14 year old these days who has not had an orgasm. I stand by my answer, it's perfectly valid.

answer: Ruth C time: 2011-01-01 03:05:42Don't go to bed until you are dead tired, you know that feeling you get in the morning that you fell asleep before your head hit the pillow? You can read in bed until you are dead tired, but the moment you start to toss and turn, you become fully awake again.
