Is it okay to eat this all the time?
Pizza ? I eat it about once a week I make it myself at home from starch extra cheese, pepperoni, thick crust, and spinach on top ?
Also what about Boneless chicken, potato wedges, and biscuits from starch once a week ?

You seem to have anorexia. You need to eat more!
Eat more healthy things, like tuna, apples, almonds, etc. Whole foods are good for you, you can eat more of them, and you will still stay thin!
Youll be fine, your not going to gain any weight, just dont do it all the time cause u dont eat alot of calories so for ur body thats alot and if u do it regularly youll gain weight. But no your fine for this once. The scale will never know.
