Is it normal for my period flow to be like this?
I used to have periods to where they were (i really dont mean to gross you out) idk like thick. Towards the end it would come out in sort of clots. It was like this for every period. I just got my period like 3 days ago and the flow has been like complete liquid. Like it would discharge like water but its blood. Its wierd. Is this normal?

That is weird. Next time she makes a comment about someones cycle say jokingly "haha what? are you tracking my cycle or something?" and see what she says. It is also normal for athlete's periods to come a little early or late. When I did cross country my period would always come late.
answer: wooo time: 2010-07-07 12:08:14I think it is no big deal.
Having period, early or not is a natural stage of life. Everr girl has it, it is more awkward that you don't have period when everybody does.
I think she is just caring by tracking the cycle and understand your growth and status, just like I went to gyno for checkup, she asks my menstrual cycle and dates, it is just for info and reference.

I think it's normal for your period to vary a little every month...And your coach is probably just trying to look out for you. But if it bothers you, you should talk to her about it in person. It sounds like she just cares about you, but you don't seem comfortable about it.

Remember you are swimming and blood can leak into the pool. Maybe she's keeping track for cleanliness reasons.
