Is it dangerous to put a 5lb weight on your abs while doing crunches?
I have pretty strong abs already, but I was wondering if I could sill damage something by doing this? 5-10 lbs are generally what I work with, so it's not very heavy for me at all, but is there some reason I shouldn't put that kind of weight directly onto my abs?

no your not but go for walks and drink lots of water this will help so you dont become overweight when your older
