Is it bad to skip exercise? when you want to tone up?

I have no idea what's wrong with me..these past couple of weeks I've lost my motivation to exercise..
I'm still exercising! but I don't think i'm doing enough..
yesterday I had dance class from 2:00pm to 10:00pm
I came home feeling like I didn't do enough exercise..So I did 10 minutes on the elliptical along with sit-ups and other exercises..
today I literally, just laid down all day...But right now I feel like I NEED TO EXERCISE..
My muscles don't hurt..But my body is exhausted..
I don't know if I should exercise tonight or not..I feel like i've been slacking these past few weeks and I feel bad :(
what should I do??? Should suck it up and try to exercise? or just go to bed and do it in the morning? I'm afraid I will get fat :\

Here are the basics I used to reduce 10lbs in 2 weeks:
1.Mighty Oxygen – What I do is everyday, after waking up, I go out and take 15-20 deep diaphragmatic breaths, holding oxygen at least 5-10 secs before I exhale. This way, my body has more time absorbing oxygen and delivering it to my blood stream. Delivering oxygen is delivering food to your cells so they can function effectively. Remember, one of the function of our cells is to eliminate wastes from the body (wastes like bad fat).
2.Powerful movement – Here’s what I do everyday, after my intake of oxygen, I do my stretching and my favorite activity (jogging or walking while listening to my MP3 player). I get to see the view, see common friends and watching the sun shine. Aerobic movements pumps your heart to a state of fat burning.
3.Fresh greens – By eating your greens, you transfer the energy absorbed by the plants from the sun to your body. Take a look in the wild, what animals are in constant motion? Herbivores. And what animals maintain energy for a short while? Carnivores. Energy from this foods are used to make me do more of your chosen management plan. Plus, alkaline foods neutralize acids from foods, drinks, emotions, environment, etc. which causes your body to create fat to bind them. Our body uses fat to keep acid away from the internal organs.
4.Master plan – These are custom weight management materials where people (expert) spent numerous hours, own money, felt the failure and pain to give the best information to the public.
