Answer Question

It won't help if you don't stick to it. I've done the same thing, (had it all planned out) and then dropped it two days later. I think what you have here is good but you should accept it as a PART of your everchanging life. Your days WILL change and give you excuses not to hold up to the plan. Even my writing this could be depressing you and make you want to quit. Don't do it! There's a healthy, beautiful, and skinny girl in you somewhere! Make sure that wherever you are, whatever you are doing that you still uphold to a correctly proportioned and healthy diet, as well as a good amount of exercise. Of course, this is the pot calling the kettle out for being black but you know I've just recently started trying to eat healthier wherever I am (cause i think its what you eat more than anything) and really EATING PROPORTIONALLY AND HEALTHILY is the main thing. :)

Instead of waddling up and down the staircase, try taking them two at a time. Now this is something that you have to be careful about because we do not want you to trip. So when you do this make sure that your feet are well and truly planted on each step before you increase the beat and try two at a time.If you have a dog, take it for a run and let the dog lead you on. You will be surprised as to how much exercise a dog can give you. Animals are sensible enough to know that they need a lot of exercise so let your animal lead you on. Take your pet dog out for as walk and before you know what hit you, it will turn out to be a run.

You must be pretty young, so fast weight loss isn't what you need. Try to aim for atleast 1500 calories per day, as your going to burn off most off this with your lifestyle(walking to school, walking around the house, P.E at school ect..). Dancing burns tonnes of calories also, then theres the calories ytou burn per hour just through living, and the calories your bodey uses just to digest food. Eat 3 meals a day, making sure you eat breakfast ALWAYS! Eat breakfast cereals that have wholegrain because they'l keep you going for longer, and make sure you eat breakfast within 2 hours of waking up. For a snack mid morning, take a low calorie cereal bar, or a peice of fruit. For dinner I'd recommend you take your own packed lunch, which includes a 'wheat bagel', some fruit, cereal bar, rice cakes and some sort of cheesey dairy product. Or maybe, you could cook some pasta and take it in a lunch box? Then when you get home, you could have like a peice of fruit and a glass of semi skimmed or skimmed milk(just for the calcium) or maybe a low fat yoghurt. Then for tea, maybe some grilled chicken or fish with vegetables or salad. Don't eat after 5pm, this is the trick a lot of people see as a cure to their weight loss. Eat as much fruit throughout the day as you so wish, and drink plenty of water, and you'l be loosing about 2-4lbs per week.
