I only ate 800 calories yesterday and didn't feel hungry?
Is that bad?
I'm 5'0, 140 pounds, but it's mostly muscle
I have t-i-ts and a-s-s too

Its great just add in a little it of cardio every day you work out. It will be very beneficial towards your goal
