I need some workout "guidance"...?

I'm 15 years old and I work out around 5 days a week. Normally, I do 30 minutes of the elliptical on a challenging setting and 1 hour and 15 minutes of weight lifting. I do the same full-body workout every day, but I don't feel like I am making as much progress as I should be. Is it possible that I am overworking myself? Should I lower the number of days I go in a week? Any suggestions?
