how long should i wait in between routines??
example, i do bicep curls, four sets of ten reps, how long should i wait in between sets

Just find out how to be comfortable in your skin because your weight is just fine!
you're definitely not overweight. that's actually a really health weight for your height. getting down to 100 might actually be bad for your health, because you have no need to be that much underweight.
