How many cals should i eat a day?
i'm confused to how many cals i should be eating a day. i am 154lb so i read eating 1800 cals a day would keep me the weight i am if my lifestyle was seditary. they said if you're dieting that should be 500 cals less so that is 1300. I work out 4 times a week burning 500 cals so then would it be like i have only consumed 800 cals that day? should i increase my calories as that seems to little.
help, so confused!

Well there's the problem! You're doing curls!
You should probably stick to one set of curls a week. They are small muscles, and it's a very isolated exercise.
Doing endless curls will only cause you injury.
Here's a general rule of thumb (although there's no harm in mixing things up and experimenting):
Maximal strength training (1-3 reps per set): 2-5 minutes between sets. Possibly shorter when intensity is above 90% and reps are three or less.
Muscular power (3-6 reps per set) : generally 3-5 minutes although shorter rests of 30-45 seconds can be used with very short sets (multiple sets of doubles and triples).
Hypertrophy (6-12 reps per set): 45-90 seconds
Muscular endurance (12-20 reps per set): Short rest intervals of 30-60 seconds performed in circuit fashion.
