How can i put on mass over the summer ?
I'm 6'2 approximately and weigh around 155 - 160.
I have a curling bar with weights of 60, 80, 90 & 30 pounds.
Over the summer I want to put on mass. The more the better but I'm looking for 15 - 20 pounds.
