Getting a six pack ????
Well I'm 16 years old, height 5'6' and i weight 136 ponds..Is this a good weight for my age. ?. I have been trying to work out in order to get a six pack, but no results. Any advices .... work out routines....? How much should i eat .. just anything that could help me.

some people say swimming is good for gaining height, honestly i think that you have no control over how tall you are, you can try it tho it is good exercise anyhow

wow. im 13 and 5'6 lol.. but you will prolly get alittle taller sooner or later. i don't think theres anything you can do to get taller sorry girl !! oh try google type in how to grow taller and something will prolly come up !

Another way you could technically get taller is break your legs, and set them an inch or two apart. Not sure if this will actually work, though...
Try HGH its proven to make you taller, but can have serious side effects.

The vitamins and minerals are essential to all growth within living organisms. Also having the proper vitamins from A all the way to K can be useful in the growing process. Also if you stick you legs in ice water for at least 3 hours a day, it helps to stretch cells in the legs therefore making you skinnier and taller at the same time.
Now I know that 3 hours is a lot but if you just tune into Grey's Anatomy the time will fly by! Cristina Yang is a personal favorite of mine!

That's sexy. Being tall is not that good. If your chubby that might way you down. Drink milk. Hahaha. Remember that some people have different growth spurts.
