My heart goes out to you. Sadness is very hard to cope with....I've had that, too. My personal
method of dealing with sadness is to spend some (most) of my time trying to help other people,
or busy myself with chores, or visit the library. I copy down jokes I hear or see. BUT....the
biggest self-help thing I do is Write My Feelings In Poetry !!! Venting your feelings for everybody
to see is Great Therapy-------even if Nobody ever sees them. Try it, OK Hon??

hey girl dont be sad u have to be happy from inside u shud think of nice things i think we shud chat to solve ur problemo. people will come and go but itz u who can make ur life happy and nobody else

watch informative stuff....stop worrying about diseases...its not that ppl cant heal them on their own..
nowadays...ppl have a name for each n every symptom of abnormality....which is lame ...n makes ppl lame,

so try hard only to be happy...dont think too much about others...n dont think ur ignoring them in that way....ur jus taking a relief...as u are here..answer questions that are witty n funny...n give answers of the same kind...this will make u feel more about urself as confident
