Open Question
Extreme Sciatica pain -- go to GP (doc) or ER?
This is the third time in as many months that I've had sciatic pain so bad I could not even walk! I am wondering if I should go see my doc -- if there's even anything he can do -- or if I should just have my sister drive me to the ER and see if they can actually figure out why this keeps happening... or at least give me some sort of relief?? I don't want to go in looking like I'm a drug-seeker or something... I have quite a high tolerance for pain, but I'm still pretty much at my wits end! I've tried stretches, chiropractor, massages, even acupuncture... I just don't know what to do anymore......
thoughts... suggestions... etc...???
