Exsessive Night Sweat...Please help!?
A little about myself... I am a 21 year old female. I weigh about 135 lbs and I am 5'7''.
Almost every night I go to bed and before I do I always put my A/C on about 70. I like to sleep with it being cold. But for about 2 months now I have been suffering from severe excessive night sweats. I will wake up and my entire bed, as well as myself, is completely soaked. I even sweat real bad during the day but not as bad as when I sleep. My house is cool but I am sweating profusely. What could be the reason? Should I go to the doctor. Could this be Hypothyroidism?

Its is true, but only if you drink water that has been frozen in a plastic bottle for alot of years like every day. The odds are, you won't get it soo you have nothing to worry about. Relax.
