What you did is not the same thing as Plan B. Which question are you asking?
Your bigger concern should be about STD's - unprotected sex kills.
Plan B can be up to 89% effective if used within 72 hours of unprotected sex (or birth control failure). It works mainly by preventing ovulation but may also help in preventing fertilization of the egg if ovulation has already occurred and also in preventing implantation if fertilization has occurred. So there is a very good chance that it was effective but the only way to know for sure is to wait and see if you get your period within 3 weeks time. If not, then you should take a pregnancy test and/or see a doctor.

So Your chances of being pregnant are very low, but it's still possible. You might want to consider birth control so that slip ups like these won't be an issue in the future. Good luck!

So yes... pregnancy is always still a possibility. Time to get yourself on BC
no form of birth control is 100% but the plan b is fairly good. There is a possibility of it but not likely.
