Do you usually feel tampons when they're in?

So i used a tampon for the first time, and it was a regular. I put it in and got it in, but i could kind of feel it in there. And like, it felt weird to walk, and i felt like it was so weird to put my legs together and bend my back over. Is this becuase it was my first time, or did i use it wrong?

well a dermatologist knows what she is talking about but if you really think you don't have it than don't use it.

its another name for dandruff.. depending on where you have it on your body it can look worse than other places. but probably in your case its just a mild form of dandruff and i would just try and give that shampoo a shot. if it doesnt help go back to her or i would just try some dandruff shampoo

If the organic shampoo is working for you there is no need to irritate your scalp with extra chemicals. Especially if she diagnosed you with one thing and gave you shampoo for something else. If she didn't give you the time of day, just do what you've been doing. Maybe you should wash your hair with the one you are using each time if you can? If it's just the occasional flakes, and you don't have sores you'll be fine :)

I'm a 22 yr old female and I have had it for years, and I don't have all those symptoms I did however get breakouts on my arms a few times. The only thing I have found to help with the flaking and itchiness is shampoo with pyrithione zinc in it. I found some at a CVS in NC called DHS Zinc Shampoo. None of the selenium sulfide like what you would find in Selsun Blue worked for me. However, head and shoulders does have 1% pyrithione in it, but I usually need at least 2% like that in the DHS. The DHS does not smell the best, but spray some perfume on your hair and no one will know. I went to the dermatologist and got a lot of medicated stuff that made my scalp burn and in the end this shampoo works just fine. Use it every day at first to get it under control and then switch back and forth. You could probably really try the head and shoulders first, I get the 2-1 and my hair is fine.

Here is a link to the shampoo on Amazon
