Can i mix tylenol with codeine and aleve?

i have mono, and my sore throat is horrible. i can't sleep, eat, drink, breathe, talk, or swallow without being in the worst pain of my life. my doctor gave me tylenol with codeine because i am under 18 (i am 15) so she couldn't give me vicodin. no home remedies have worked. the tylenol with codeine isn't working, i took one pill last night, and one about 40 minutes ago and neither provided any relief. i'm supposed to take one pill, three times a day. can i take aleve with the tylenol? or do you have any other solutions? i'm in so much pain, i need help asap.

It could also be very small gallblader stones. Have him not eat any fried foods and see if that helps. I have tiny gallblader stones and have never had surgery. All I do is stay away from greasy foods. Greasy foods tends to make the stones jump up and down causing pain, vomit, and and upset stomach. It took me a long time to figure out what was wrong with me until I met a smart doctor. :) Good LUCK!
