answer: creed time: 2011-05-26 12:19:49Cervical radicolopathy is a big phrase that just means 'Pain in Neck'. As to the cause, well that will need investigation, can be a injury, inflammation or a nerve problem, but it has to be investigated. Only after it has been investigated and things ruled in and things ruled out can they say for certain it is a pinched nerve.
