Are these symptoms related; random chest pains, frequent headaches, and nose bleeds?

My sister (17 yrs old) has recently been complaining of random chest pains on her left hand side. She has also stated having frequent migraines that will last about an hour or so and recently she started to get nose bleeds. What I am trying to figure out is if these symptoms are related in any which way? She is not taking any drugs or any other form of medication.
