Am I anorexic or do I have growth problem?
I'm 16 years old and I weight 124 pounds. I go to the gym and I got big muscles but my wrist and ankles are thin. My face is thin also. I don't know what is the problem with this. I thought if I eat healthy and I go to gym that my bones will get bigger. Can anyone give me some tips so my bones can get bigger and stronger? I know milk can help and I drink it almost everyday.
