A good workout to lose weight and build muscle?
I go to the gym every weekday morning. I have about 45 minutes to workout. I usually do a stationary bike and/or an elliptical machine then do push ups and/or free weights. Since I have such a short amount of time I really need an idea of how to use it to my advantage. So if you could help me with a great cardio and muscle building routine I would appreciate it. Also, what's a good thing to eat before or after the workout. Thanks
